  Fee payment is required when you apply. Will Serve Letter Fees are as follows:
  - Type 1 - Residence: $31 ($46 effective 4/1/10)
  - Type 2 - Tract or Commercial: $86 ($51 effective 4/1/10)
  - Type 3 - Master Plan: $120 ($82 effective 4/1/10)
