Special Notice Regarding Financial Participation Charges (connection fees)

On July 15, 2009, the EMWD Board of Directors approved and authorized by Minute Order to continue to defer implementation of the increased fee schedule for the District's Financial Participation Charges for domestic water system facilities, sewer treatment plant capacity, and sewer system and recycled water facilities.

The fee schedules posted are based on the previous in effect Financial Participation Charges due to the deferred implementation.
