Financial InformationThe area that the District serves is one of the fastest growing regions in the country. The District is a major economic driver for the region and is challenged to continue to meet growing service demands in a safe and economical manner. Efforts to maintain excellent service and reduce expenses continue to show results. Rates for water and wastewater continued to hold steady, as the annual operating budget reached $164 million. Although no one can accurately make predictions, we take seriously our responsibility to review and set workable priorities for what will be required as we begin another half century. Financial Reports & Unclaimed Money The financial reports are provided in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format:
Unclaimed Money The District has accumulated unclaimed money as a result of customer refunds relating to the closing of water accounts, customer-related conservation rebates, refunds of deposits to developers upon completion of projects, etc. These amounts remain outstanding due to being returned undeliverable without a forwarding address, companies closing, filing bankruptcies, or for various other reasons. In an effort to locate these customers/developers, the District has supplied a listing of unclaimed money in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. To claim an amount shown on this list, customers/developers must download and submit an Unclaimed Money Claim Form. |
