Free Conservation Packet

EMWD offers a free Conservation Packet to all customers who request one. This informative packet is packed with water-saving ideas, tips, and techniques.

Please include your full name, telephone number and address in your message. If possible, also provide your EMWD account number.

Free Residential Water Survey

A water survey by conservation specialists is free to qualified* EMWD residential customers.

The survey includes the following:

• A complete evaluation of how water is being used in your home.
• A complete evaluation of your irrigation system.
• Free low flow fixtures such as shower heads and faucet aerators.
• Detection of any leaks.
• Information on rebates offered by EMWD.

Conservation specialists will set up an appointment for a specific date and time, and will spend about an hour at your home. They will evaluate your water use practices indoors and outdoors and will make specific recommendations that will help you use less water.

*The following conditions must apply In order for a customer to be eligible for a free residential water survey appointment: 1) Customer is NOT staying within their water budget and is paying charges in the "Excessive" and "Wasteful" tiers. 2) Customer has completed a Variance Form which has been processed for: 1) Incorrect landscape square footage and/or 2) Incorrect number of people in the home
